Alibris guarantees the condition of each
item as it is described on our Web site. If you are dissatisfied for any
reason, return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund
of the purchase price. We'll also refund shipping charges if the return was
the result of our error.
U.S. Returns
If your return is the result of our error (Alibris
sent an incorrect or misdescribed item, or an item was damaged
in shipping, for example) obtain a postage-paid return label. For fastest processing, please include the packing
slip inside your package, indicate the reason for the return, and affix the postage-paid label on your package. (If you use
a postage-paid return label provided by Alibris and your return is not the
result of our error, we will deduct a shipping charge of $2.95 per item
from your refund.)
You may
make discretionary returns (you no longer need the item, for example) at your own cost within 30 days of receipt. Please send them,
with the packing slip and an explanation for the return, to the following address:

When you make a discretionary return, you are still responsible for any shipping charge we have billed you.
We will e-mail you about your refund once we have received and processed
the returned item. If you used a purchase order as your original
payment method, you will receive a credit memo. If you used a credit card
as your original payment method, your credit card will be refunded. You
can expect a refund two to three weeks after we receive your return.
Non-U.S. Returns
For orders shipped via any
method to any address outside the United States, please rewrap items in their original packaging and ship them to us
via the method of your choice. For fastest processing, please include the packing slip and indicate
the reason for the return (as well as the reason for a shipping refund, if applicable).
